Airtel is a sick company. when ever the DND service is active i started receiving more calls from customer services. When ever i have a balance more than 10 Rs they started deducting for no reason and when noticed I called customer care, they charged for that call.. when enquired about the deduction they told me that i have activated some Jenifer kotwal offer which i m not aware of and said that it was activated by the sms sent from my mobile.. where as the mobile was switched off for 8 days as i was out of station and sim was with me and not in the phone. They informed that the sms was received 5 days ago and 1 re is deducted every day.. Atleast beggers would ask for money. Airtel is thief who steals our money.. If this is how they can make money really the airtel would reach anytime high in no time. I would say any one who is planning to bye sim please avoid Airtel.
