Sir, I have purchased a Tupperware classic lunch pack in Shillong (meghalaya). while purchasing I was assured of the life time guarantee given on the Tupperware products. But after few months the lids of the lunch boxes cracked. I contacted the lady whom from i purchased the product. She informed me that she is out of this bussiness and i should contact someother agent. Then I contacted another agent of Tupperware for replacement of the lids, She informed me that This cannot be replaced in Shillong. Now what should I do? Please help. My contact no is 919862579511.
