Sir i had ordered a phosphate reactor online to one Mr Gautum Jaiswal of aquariumsindia.com on dec and transfered rs.5450.00 vide cheque no 00852 drawn on icici bank and transfered in his account 628001515330 which he told me but till the date Mr gautam neither refunded my money or delivered product after several request.also send him regd a.d letter on 10.1.2012 which he received but still he is holding my money without any reason.
