Torture because of street dogs

SIR,

a representative of my society i would like to bring to your notice the adversities faced by all the members of the society due to the invasion of filthy and dangerous street dogs in our building premises.

The dogs have become a threat to the members as they keep on biting residents and create filth and dirt in the society.they bark continously at night disturbing evryone.even though the members have taken initiatives to solve this tormenting problem the problem continues. one of the dogs is also assumed to have rabies.

it is a very serious problem and we are in a constant fear of roaming about freely . even though many complains have been lodged no actions have been taken. i would therfore request you to look into this matter and take immediate steps to take away these dogs and provide us relief.
