Illegal cows

This is to bring to the notice of MCD and in Aya Nagar Phase IV near house Nos. 60 to 70 lot of cows are roaming here and there. They are spreading cow dung due to which residents of this locality are living in very unhygenic condition. Some residents have kept some cows illegally due to which the cows from outside are roaming here and people are facing lot of inconvenience. There is threat of some epidemic disease. Please take some strict and urgent action to remove all these illegal activities.
