I booked a labrodor puppy from mr suraj singh who gave ad in quiker, i am from mumbai.mr suraj sing cheated with me by various way 1) i asked for male puppy, but he send me a female one, 2) after sending the puppy he is not picking my phone alsohis number is0 906044349, 3) he tolld me that he will provide me the kc pappers µ chips but he didnt, i sended him many mails still he is not responding.pls tell me what should i do?
