Hi,

My name is Sulakshna. My mobile # 9704231503. I have multiple issues with Airtel. Effective March there was no airtel network in my area, CRPF, Hakim pet post. On 03/02 I recharged my phone with Rs 80.00 full talk time card. As per the plan we receive Rs 70.00 at the time of recharge and Rs 10.00 after 2 days. I received $70.00 at the time of recharge and I have not received the other part of Rs10.00. I called many a times for the same issue. I called Airtel Customer care thousand times and reached the Rep only few times because of poor Airtel network, I did not get my money back, Mean while I lost another Rs 50.00 stating I have selected a ringtone, which is baseless. Its been 4 years with Airtel, I have never set any ring tone, I now have

another reason added up for my dissatisfaction. Its not Rs 10.00 now. Its a matter of $60.00. I spoke to almost every body, the agents, Supervisor and also the Manager. On the top of it my calls are abandoned, My phone number is blocked, In the IVR there is no option to speak to the Rep. I tried calling with another Airtel No, even that is blocked now. Is this what you call customer service? You not even attending customers... ignoring them... The sad part is the balance is still not credited though the Airtel network is back and working good now. Please credit my balance.
