The centres usually claim to reduce 2-6 inches in "one session". In my case, I lost 3 cms in the first sitting but they counted 3 cms from 5 different places between below the chest and above the navel and counted a total of 15 cms i.e. 6 inches!!! This is not correct. Also "one session" is actually spread over 5 days.
