I bought a Loreal expert shampoo which is recommended for anti breakage. I really liked the shampoo as it really suited me. After The bottle got over, I bought a big bottle of teh same shampoo for about Rs.1300/- since it is economical compared for the smaller bottles, however the quality of this shampoo was so bad that my hair started falling scessively during and after the use of the shampoo. I made my family members and others use it thinking that may be for some reason it is not suiting me but everyone compalined that they had excessive hair fall during shampooing. I am sure that the shampoo is sither duplicate or is bad quality. I went to the shop from where I bought it and he said that I should complain at Loreal and not to him. I have been trying your helpline number but it doesnt get through. Please suggest what to do.
