A few hours ago today in Envi saloon - Amanora (Pune), we faced yet another set back in the name of elite services. My wife's one of the most noted feature, her long and voluminous hair was traumatically reduced to almost 3/4th even after specifically mentioning to just trim. Without any adequate back mirroring and asking, the so called hair stylist considerably reduced her hair length. Apart from this, initially told that the hair cutting will be done in a discounted rate of Rs. 150, we were shocked when we were told that the actual charge would come to Rs. 441. When asked, we were prompt told that the sudden increase was due the fact that my wife has long and thick hair. Rs 150 is only for short and thin hair!!!
It immensely saddens us to think that an average middle class man can not even avail a primary level of service without being charged humongous amounts and still getting eye-washes.
Not only were we given an extremely painful experience, but were ironically charged more than the promised amount for it.
Please restore our faith a little into our country's ministry by taking appropriate actions.
