I purchased Fast-rack watch from Watch world Kharghar on 10.02.2011 vide bill no. 2065, Model 3031SM its bezel ring got removed within a month. I gave it to Watch world shop on 13.03.2011. They have sent to Titan service center at Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 17.03.2011 vide CAF No. 328. Approximate delivery due date was 30.03.2011. Today it is 19.04.2011 neither Watch shop nor service center responds. They say we do not know how much time it takes. They are very causal.
