Not receiving goods

My Name is P.Lokesh. I had placed an order for diman ring on 04/04.my order no.703348926.I placed with Homeshop18 online. my mail id is [email protected]. my mobile no.9979571151.

I was conformed before ordering this product delivery terms your help care exiguity is told me within 7 working days you will get it this product then I pleased to order. On 04/04/10. But till I am not receiving this product today complete 10 days. But there is no response to me. I already paid Rs.7000/-. By the net banking. Why? You blame to customers if within timely not receive this product. Then I proceed to legally.
