Espected sir i bought a gold chain in the name of my wife ch. ratna kumari on 8-08 bill no 9735 after two months the chain had problem that a small piece came up from its design i approached your branch in kakinada (andhra pradesh) they repaired in such a way that the finest texture of the design was lost and it looked very awkward to see. As i questioned the personal at your branch they commented in such a way that one person says better to buy 20ct rather than 22ct for strongness, another genlemen says you cannot identify the repair even in magnifying glass, another one says after repair you take it directly there is no need of any washing in soap nut water etc
the total cost of that chain was 94358/-(weighs approx 47.960g) this may be small amount to your staff at kakinada branch they are talking as they like. so kindly request to look into the matter.
if a chain of that quality assured by you is damaged i hope there will be having positive and senstive approach towards the customers but unfortunately your staff is lacking in it. so i kindly request to look into the matter do the needful to me
