Dear Concern,
I have purchase a Jewellary product of cost of 1499.00 INR from homeshop18 after seeing their advertisement on TV vide order number 912553425 but when i receive this product from courier this packet contain all jewellary different with which the jewellary shown on TV screen after complain executive told to me that we will exchange ur product but i told them that i can't take another product i want refund but they (Homeshop18) executive refuse that they did not give any refund to me.
