We visited this shop as they had several discounts during the Aadi season. But when we were finally ready to pay the bill an amount of Rs. 20, 000 was pick-pocketed from my Mom's purse. We immediately informed the store's manager and his reaction was pretty disappointing. He said that the shop was crowded and hence he couldn't help us in any way... that's all!!! I agree that the shop was crowded but doesn't mean that they should treat their customers with such an indifferent attitude! Seeing their attitude makes me suspect that the pickpocket was staged by the owners themselves. Also when I was returning some of the old gold that we had I noticed that many customers were returning old broken gold most of them which were bought from them. I also bought an anklet for my son which turned loose the next day we bought it! Another anklet that I bought for myself has also become very loose in just a couple of days, now I am beginning to question the quality of their silver and gold jewelry... Very, very disappointing! Are there anybody else out there with similar complaints as mine (I hope not)... please post.
