This happened to me once. Lifestyle customer care is highly disappointing. They are very ignorant towards consumers. They have a inner circle, where they use Visitors book as a Complaint register as though visitors always only have complaints!
I bought a Adidas antiperspirant from Lifestyle on 6th Feb. I used it only once on 8th Feb. It was not functioning the next day morning 9th Feb. Now they say that I would have used the whole spray can within 3 days time. Where as they themselves claim it normally takes 2 months to finish one spray can.
There was no sales person at the Lifestyle showroom while delivery of the spray can to explain why whether the spray can is sealed or not. Now I have lost my money on that antiperspirant. I am disappointed with Adidas that it stocks such malfunctioning products and claims that they are imported and distributed in India in malls like Lifestyle for exhorbitant prices as 250 rs! When they fail to work with just one use!! Its very disappointing of Adidas.
