My girlfriend went there for a nice massage. The male therapist was too rouhg, she complained during the session and he told her she had knots that needed to be worked out. She again mentioned to him he was using too much pressure and he insisted that he knew what he was doing because he had gone to several different schools and was using "his own technique he made up" His techniuque is not to listen to his client after several times of telling him he was hurting her. After she came home she had bruises on her feet and legs and back along with broken blood vessels the full length of her back. She went iin the next day and asked to see a manager and none were available so she showed the bruises and marks to the receptionist and was told that they had had problems with this therapist before with using too much pressure. She was told that a manager would call her back and all she got was a message stating someone would call her the next day. I tried to speak to the manager to let he know I had pictures of the injury and was hung up on. There are many other reviews that are not good on other sites as well. I would not recommend this business to anyone as their customer service along with actual service in Horrible
