Money taken, but no goods received and no replies to emails

We ordered soaps to the value of £67.01 from this company on 19th Sept and money taken straight away from account. Web site states that orders are posted following day or within five days if they are busy. Eleven days later no order had arrived. Contacted Soaposh who said it had been delayed and would be sent the following day to arrive in two days time. Four days passed and no sign of delivery. When contacted, Soaposh emailed back to say that the order must be lost in post and they would send a replacement that day if they received confirmation of their email by five pm. We confirmed we were happy to accept a replacement and expected a delivery next day. We sent emails requesting confirmation that order had been sent, but received no replies. On the Sunday, we emailed to request a refund, and straight away received a reply stating that their courier service had not been able to deliver the original order to us and had left us a card to contact courier to re-arrange delivery and it was now having to be returned to them at their expense! This was not true, no delivery had been made. When asked for details about the courier service used, Soaposh did not respond. When asked why we hadn't received our replacement order they denied everything they had said in their email to us about getting a speedy replacement to us, despite us having made copies of the email! They offered a refund, but since then they have done nothing. They have stolen our money and ignored our emails.
