Ja Alternatives use to be the one of the best hair systems for men in the Tri State area. I have been going there for many years. The past year I have noticed that their quality has gone down hill and their business shows it. I have noticed that this company has lost alot of business.. In the past year I have had alot of problems with their systems. The hair starts falling out in a week. I feel that they are selling rejects to get their customers to come back to have hair added and charge out rage pricing. I feel that this is a way that they are recovering their lost of business. I was just there a week ago and the hair is coming out a lot again. I have spent $3, 000.00 and feel that I have been ripped off. I don't recommend anyone to do business with any of the Ja Alternative locations.
