Watch not working & poor response from service centre

Hi,

i brought a fastrack watch Model- FastrackEssentials Nb6013Sm01-C943 Silver/Black Analog Watch on 9 Jun from Ibex at sahakar nagar, pune, which is not working properly,

i gave the watch for repair "twice" and still i dint get my watch back..

no response to calls made by agent as well as owner of shop...

i m frustrated... i had waited for more than 5 month for a small problem... n still dint get it back...

i am requesting to reissue me fresh model for the same...
