Respected sir,
With supreme respect, I would like to intrude upon your valuable time to state the following few lines for your appropriate justice.
That, I joined A.R. Bharti Softland Pvt. Ltd., S1, Krishna Plaza Complex Mayur Vihar Phase 2, Delhi 110091 on 20th December as Sr. HR Executive. During my tenure, I worked with the organization very diligently and honestly and reported to Mr. Alok Bharti the Owner and his Business Analyst Mr. Sumant Jha. But, they did not issue me any Offer Letter and Appointment Letter till date and everyday use to make excuses to delay the thing.
All of a sudden on 16th February Mr. Sumant Jha verbally communicated me not to report on duty from 17th February and promised me that they will provide me the Relevant Documents and my Payment for my services (January and February) by the end of feb. Till today Bharti Softland have not issued any letter whatsoever, giving reasons for termination and Documents and Pay that was promised.
While approaching the authority with a request to provide me the Documents and Pay they said will take some time 3-4 more days when I called them they again asked me for another 7-8 days. But, every time, they tried to drop the issue in one pretext or another and finally, one day when on 16th March I called them to give me the Documents and Pay as they had promised they just told me that they will not give anything and Mr. Sumant started shouting and said you can do anything you want now you will not get anything. Also I have not received any compensation whatsoever from them till today.
Afterwards, I spoke to Mr. Alok Bharti the Owner but the same is still not attended..
Now I am completely unemployed, I don't know what to do to get my Documents and Payment.
My questions are:
1) Can any organization of their repute, may call someone for interview, appoint her and do not provide any document and not pay for her services and unilaterally terminate her verbally without assigning any reason??
2) Have they got the authority to play foul & unhealthy game with the future of a lady employee take out work and terminate without paying for her services and giving valid Documents??
Sir, Its not just about the Payment but since I have worked there I am entitled its my right to get my pay and documents even if they terminate me they should pay all the dues and I do not have any termination letter as it was communicated verbally.
I am approaching you with a folded hand to intervene and investigate this matter.
