I am G.Ganesh, worked for the past 1.25years in Avon global solutions pvt ltd., during the period of time. Actual office time is 9:00AM to 7:00PM, but Raghavan and Vasanthakrishnan will inform to the supervisor to work more. During the 1.25 years they didn't pay any extra wages, even we have worked government holidays, but there is no any extra salary. If we worked in Government holidays they will ask us to sign in different notebook. We never signed in attendance register. When i relieved from the company still i didn't receive relieving order. Once upon a time there was some murder happened that person name Ramesh who is coordinating with Vasanthakrishnan (MD)., one of the very worst company and lots of partiality, staff never improve theirselves.
Lots of Revenues, but taxes and PF amount and all not submitting properly to government.
Hence, i couldn't do anything, the Vasanthakrishnan informed me that you go anywhere i will deal the case. Also he told i know lots of Police commissioner., etc., Now, i was passed this message to CM cell, Governor office, President office, Labour court, Collectorate of Kanchipuram.
I need a clear cut of resolution in my table. Otherwise god will give revert to Vasanthakrishnan and Handicapped Raghavan.
These types of company to be deemed / ceased / CM has to take very strong action.
