Consolidation Charges

Dear Sir,

My brother is having savings account in Axis bank which i am operating with his permission as he is in Australia. They have cut consolidation charges Rs.150 Service tax. I talked with my brother and he told they charged last year also.

I want my money back how you can help me. Please let me know.
