India's horrible banking Service, In spite of changing thier name, the service quality never changed, it seems like old dirty/rotten wine in a new bottle (name).
Apart from many other services requested and, no responses received. I finally decided to close the account. But to my bad luck its been 3 months since I requested for a account closure, many customer complains, calls to branch and what not, the account has not yet been closed. Seems like they wuld love to enjoy my account balance (which offcourse is a considerable sum of money).
I swear to god will never deal with Axis bank again and not only that will not deal with people having axis bank account.
I wish there was a way i could kill each person on the axis bank customer service. because when you call them to complain and ask for account closure, they laugh (I could clearly hear on the phone) as if I am a prey in their hands and struggling to get out of their catch.
God saves me and all other axis bank customers.
