Home Loan Disbursal Issue

I applied for a home loan from Axis Bank - RAC Ghaziabad. The loan was approved on 03 rd NOV.

After the home loan got sanctioned, I submitted all the necessary documents for my loan disbursal. But it has been two months and I am only getting verbal assurances and nothing else.

The bank representatives always tell me that the loan will get disbursed within next 2-3 days.

It has been a really bad experience and looks like I have been fooled by the bank authorities. The builder is charging me interest due to payment delay.
