Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Rajesh Kumar Repaka i have opened an account in AXIS Bank Ltd. [CHINNAMIRAM [AP] Branch] on 12/01 Savings Bank Account. The bank has sent me a message to my mobile that i have received a "Welcome Kit" through BLUE DART courier on 21/01 and i got the kit with Debit card, Cheque book, Account Number and my account category is SBEZY. They noticed me that i will get the PIN numbers and Passwords within 2 or 3 days. But now the date is 01/02 and 10 days passed, when i have contacted the bank for my PIN number and passwords that i have not yet received, the bank is behaving carelessly and not responding properly. When i go to the bank they advised me to apply for new PIN number charging Rs:54/- by submitting an application to the branch manager. The bank itself should check this problem and send me a new PIN number freely, instead of this its asking me to pay the money for PIN number. If i lost the PIN number i can pay the money but how could i pay the money and take the PIN, the bank should give the PIN number and necessary passwords freely for the first time. So Kindly I request you please to take the action and HELP me.
