SIR,

My self Parag S Deshpande, I had opened saving a/c. in Axis Bank Trimbak Naka

Branch Nashik dated 15-03. My a/c. no. 910010008832589 and I had not receive quterly statement from last two months.

When I complete to executive she said to me

first you pay Rs. 57/- and collect it.

I also complente in tele banking executive but till date 12-08. I had not receive statement.

Sir please Take action as early as possibal
