i have taken an insurance cover for my car from bajaj allianz general insurance company ltd. POLICY NO. OG-11-2416-1812-00000329. i had applied for claiming the insurance amount as my car met with an accident. it has been 5 months now however i have not been able to get my insurance claim as your officials are holding on to it for unknow reasons. i may either be informed if any action on my side is pending or else my insurance amount be released so that i can undertake necessary repairs to my car
