Several times Rs.20 is deducted from my pre paid account with out any reason. The amount deducted on 2nd december was credited after my repeated request to the customer care and your office at Trivandrum [Bakery jn].The day after crediting the amount again the amount is deducted with out any reason. The amount deducted on 9 th december is not yet credited. At present a total amount of Rs.40/- is pending to be credited. As the amount is deducting with out any reason, i'm not in a position to top up my account any more. Regarding this your customer care has given me 0104083862 as reference number.
On 6th JANUARY i went to your office at bakery jn and requested to correct the mistakes. The problem has not yet solved. Please look into the matter and arrange to credit the deducted amount of Rs.40 and avoid the inconvenience. Your immediate action is solicited.
