Money transferred wrongly from my axis bank account to wrong bank of india account

I had transferred from my Axis bank Account Rs. 17, 000.00 to bank of India ‘account name: Kajal S Sheth, Account Number: 200910100039408, bank id: BKID0002009’ yesterday on April 6.

The actual account to which money was to be transferred was 200910100039048, account name: Kajal S Sheth’, but I made an error and sent to a wrong account number. the mistake was entering 200910100039408 INSTEAD OF 200910100039048.

However, I immediately realised the error and my father in Ahmedabad went to the Navrangpura Branch of Bank of India and explained the whole problem. Now it seems that the amount has been transferred to the wrong account already.

The lady at the counter in bank of India was not even willing to look into this and just ignored my father and refused to help us. This is a little bad as she could have immediately recalled the money. Now we have no idea whom to go to and how to resolve this issue and get our money back.

We will really appreciate if you can look into this matter on an urgent basis and get the Bank of India to recall this amount immediately. I am attaching a word file with details of transfer.
