Bank of India, Debit cum ATM card
Not able to pay bill by using Debit card

Myself Ashish Diwate resident of sangli. i have account in Bank of India, Sangli branch. I use their ATM cum Debit Card. on 4th August i used that card in D-Mart shopee sangli. i swiped that card two times but money dint get transferred to the account of shopee. the amount of bill is 1186.69Rs. and i swiped card for two times so total amount is Rs.2373.38.

so please take some action and help me to get my money back...
