Dear Sir,

My self Mr. Pradeep Kumthekar. I was working with Bay Leaf Hospitality Private Limited for the period 07th Feb to 31st March. My PF Account No. is MH-KAND-211254-5 and our company code is MH-KANDIVLI-211254 Group No.22 we had submitted the Form 19 and Form 10-C for the claim of the PF but till date we have not received the claim. Also when we visit the office we get the answer that the paper is not submitted but we have the acknowledgment copy also with us.

Please resolve the problem and release the claim at the earliest.
