Non reversal of amount debited from my online transfe

Sir,

I made an transaction to purchase from Ebay india but it failed and i immediately complained regarding this to Ebay as well as to Billdesk. On telephonic talks it was told that money will be credited into your A/c. Till date and time no such thing happened.
