Cancellation of URN

I have applied irda exam in birla sun life insurance, my URN number BSLI0907110525. But due to some personal reason i am unable to attained examination. Now i joined hdfc bank as a personal banker. I need to apply irda exam against through corporate. I want to cancel URN from irda. Already request letter given to pondicherry birla sun life branch for URN cancellation. But till now not cancel URN code. So please accept my complaint do the needful.
