Dear sir,

I am Pradeep Kumar having an insurance policy with Birla sun life insurance company.

Policy Issue Date 17 Jan - 2011

Plan BSLI Platinum Advantage BSA Tr10Py5

Modal Premium 7500.00

Annual Premium 30000.00

Premium Frequency Quarterly

My premium due date is 17th January, April, July & October of each year.

CASE:-

Here the case is that I made the 1st payment of my policy on 17th Jan at the time of opening of my policy, after that against the second due payment I made the online payment on 11th April so that it can be credited against my due payment on time.

But inspite of making payment myself again Rs.7500/- was debited from my bank account on 18th April through auto debit option.

As soon as the amount was deducted my agent made a written complaint to the insurance co. and asked to return back the money and telephonically they assured that the amount will be refunded back with in seven days from the time the amount gets credited in their account. But till today it is almost 36 days have passed and i have not received the money.

Sir please help me to get back the money with interest and with penalty against the problems faced by me due to the scarcity of money due the the insurance co. mistake.

I have All the proofs Of above complaint which i can send you any time.
