Sir,
I have a Credit Card in Bank of Baroda Bank. This Card was expired on Feb. They did not send me any new card. After that they send me a bill of amount near about 700 claiming annual maintenance charge. I send them a mail saying that how they charged me against an expired card. After that a lots of mail send them and they also replied back. Ultimately, they reduce this amount.
After that they send me a new card. And I use this card. When they send me the bill they charged again Rs.350 for new card. I paid the bill except this amount and request to wave out this amount. They agreed to wave out. But again they send me the bill including this amount. I again request the same and paid the rest of the bill. And request to close my card. Because I was totally disappointed on their communication. They again said that they will revert this amount and will close my account after my payment received.
They got my payment and sending the bill again and again. When I told them they said that I need to pay this amount though they said they reduce this amount from my bill dated 8th Feb.

Please help me and leave me from this tension.
