My name is ABDULREHMAN NATEKAR MY CELL NO. IS 09821223356. I stood as guarantor to one of the banks staff for his housing loan in the year 1993 for the loan amount of Rs. 540000/- .After that bank has given additional loan amount of Rs.740000/- in the year without intimating to me. As per banks record outstanding loan amount is 574000/- that means the loan amount on I stood as guarantor is already paid. And the Bank has not taken any step against borrower FOR Recovery and simply attached my FIXED DEPOSIT. I request Consumer Forum and Reserve Bank Of India to kindly look into this matter help me. regards...
