Despite sending sms "UNSUB BB" to "51123" on 02/01 to discontinue PUSH service under Bharat Berry Plan, Rs. 50/- has been deducted from prepaid balance of my Excel Prepaid Mobile No. 9448349354 (Bangalore No.) on 06/01 ignoring my clear request (timely delivered on 02/01/'12) to them n acknowledged as well by them instantly - an irritable act of carelessness n dishonesty on their part!
