Deducting money by fake down loding of radio mobile

Dear Sir,

I rajib lochan behera, using bsnl sim (9437124574) since last 10 years, but three days before i got a message that thank you for using bsnl RADIO MOBILE, unfortunetly Rs. 25 was already deducted. After that i informed this to Customer Care bsnl, one lady told me to dial 12555 & Unsubscribe the radio mobile & each call will 1/minute. But each call was 5/minute. Again i contact to Customer Care then i got the right information, inbetween that i lost 50 rupees fro my account. Kindly take necessary action in favour of me.
