Dear Sir,
I am a customer of BSNL prepaid services. My mobile number is 9471785054. On 16th of January Rs. 30 was deducted from my phone balance. When I enquired the customer care representative regarding this case, he said that I am subscribed to a service for beauty tips. I have not subscribed to this service, this is a deduction done by BSNL deliberately as my brother is also facing the same problem. He is also a BSNL prepaid service user and is also being charged for the same beauty tips activation.
