Unsuccessful top up

Sir,

I sent a request for top up of 110/- for my bsnl phone mobile no:9402860433.The request was accepted for payment vide Tid=MB05 020020402672 bsnl, TOPUP, 9402860433 . The amount was deducted from my primary account. Further got a SMS for successful transaction vide Tid=MB05 020020402672 bsnl, TOPUP, 9402860433 .But I didn't get any balance in my mobile account. on 8th Nov 10 I also sent the problem through SBI feedback but there was no result from them yet. So please help me and do the needful.
