I am arpit. I installed BSNL games on demand after getting a call from the BSNL person. He told me that it is free of cost and if you don't want this service, you can un subscribe also.
But after installation, I found that it is not running on my PC because my Operating System is not supporting this software. I told the person to cancel the program. But he replied me that you can use another PC also. I told I dont want this service, but he again forced me to wait for one month and he gave me a toll-free number for unsubscribe (18004250500). And he told me finally that after one month it will subscribe Rs.200 per month. It is like a cheating. But the customer care person not at all responding to the call. I didn't use my account even one time. Now I am wasting my money
I want to stop this Games on Demand subscription in anyway. Please give me a solution for this problem.
