Unauthorise mobile balance deduction

Respected sir,

I am complaining against BSNL Rajasthan about unauthorise mobile balance deduction. Sir firstly on 02.04.2012 I got a sms on my mobile that a service (MISS U Pack) has been activated and Rs. 02/- is deducted without my permission. I Complain to their customer support officer. He told me that within 24 to 48 hour, s this service would be deactivated and your balance will be refunded. But again on 04.04.2012 this service renewed automatically for 5 days and deducted Rs. 05/- Again on 10.04.2012 this pack renewed for 20 days and deducted Rs.20/-

I am regularly calling them to deactivate this service and refund my balance FROM 02.04.2012 to still now (11.04.2012). But they are not listing my complain. From last three times Everytime when I recharge my mobile they deduct my whole balance within some hours. I have complaint many times to there coustmer service center. From which two complain, s no. are (D10RJ855718) and (D10RJ855819).

But still now this service is activated on my mobile cellphone. I am regularly calling to their customer support officer but everyone tells lie and don’t talk well I want to complain against Mr. rohit, salman ahamad, and anup who are their customer support officers but never support any customer.

Please sir look on this mater immediately and take action against BSNL Rajasthan.
