Put the name in defaulter list without taking any loan

Greeting!

I have applied for a home loan from LIC housing loans. The loan cannot be processed because of cibil report mentioning the defaulter in personal loan, whereas I am not at all a defaulter for any kind of payments because i did not take any personal loan. I want to know to whom the bank has issued the loan on my name when i have not taken any loan from any bank. I did not take any type of loan from any bank then why are they spoiling my reputation.

Please guide me or suggest me what should i do or whom should i approach regarding my case as there are many faults and misguiding in my cibil consumer credit information report and because of this misguidance and my spoilt reputation. i have applied for home loan from some other bank and because of this they are not giving me the home loan. Please reply.
