I have forwarded the filled in the Credit Information Report (CIR) form with the requisite fees of Rs. 142/- vide DD No.491471 dated April 20, drawn on State Bank of India, about two months ago and till date I have not received any report from CIBIL. Maybe they are just making money out of the public this way!! My reference number is "Request # 233046". I have forwarded my PAN number, Postal Address with address proof and date of birth. I get a mail from them on June 21 stating that my request cannot be processed as the information provided by me does not match my credit report (Address)!!
I have replied on June 22 that the proof of identity (PAN) and date of birth will match with the banks and financial institutions information and requested them to forward the credit report based on my name, date of birth and PAN number.
Till date I have not received my credit report or even a reply to my mail. I have sent a reminder today i.e., July 13.
I have no way of getting to know if my credit report will be sent to me.
