Citibank
False Reporting in CIBIL

I had taken a Loan of 50000 rs from Citibank and have paid my dues Completely. I had asked for Closure of my account and i was informed to pay 38000rs which i had paid to bank on 25th March. I had also received a NO DUE CERTIFICATE from bank, But Citibank failed to Close my account on system, which has affected my credit History in CIBIL . CITIBANK has closed my account on system in March after several followups they have still failed to rectify the Loan status in CIBIL.

I am suffering for paying on time to CITIBANK.

Would appreciate if i am able to get in touch with any senior authority of CITIBANK who can resolve this long pending issue.
