Citibank Credit Card
Cheque miised by citibank

I had deposited a cheque of Rs.1, 19, 400/- bearing cheque no 180746, dated 08.10.10 of IDBI bank for my citi bank credit card dues . it was deposited at citibank, bhubaneswar branch, drop box . till now they have not cleared the cheque . when contacted they are saying that cheque is missing and they have charged a penality for late payment.
