I hold a Citibank Jet Airways Platinum Credit card 5520 xxxx xxxx 2022 and hold an impeccable track record of utilization of the Citibank Jet Airways card as well as making full payments in good time.
I had made an application to Citibank for the Citibank Indian Oil Titanium Card, which was solicited by Citibank via email
My application has been rejected. I would like to know whether Indian Oil is responsible for this or whether it is Citibank.
And the basis for such rejection. The loss of business is for you, not for me.
I have sent a mail in this regard to Citibank too. I am aware that both you companies are too big to address the needs of one individual customer. Would you like to surprise me?
