Emove the name from cibil

Dear Concern,

My self HITESH SHAH & i have taken a loan from your finance in 2007 and no was.13601270, in that i have fail to pey 5 E.M.I regularly due to medical reason but later on i have settled all the amount on 20th-oct so its my humble request to update that in cibil and remove my name from defaulter list as soon as possible.
