Comantra E-solutions pvt. ltd.where m working since the past 70 days i have got a salary for only 15 days its a tech support company.according to there offer letter my basic salary is Rs.3500/-.attendance allowance rs.750, transport allowance Rs.30/day, food allowance Rs.15/day and extra incentive on performance there is no clause to cut the basic salary, now as i am completing 2 months there, they are reluctant to pay my basic salary which is Rs.3, 500.plus incentive, now salary of around 50 days is pending at their end please help me to get my salary from the company.
